Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executive(s)
- Ensure supported executive(s) are prepared with all materials and information for meetings, events and interviews
- Assist with travel arrangements/logistics for executive(s)
- Process expense reports for your executives(s)
- Greet clients, visitors, and internal contacts; set up meetings and manage refreshments as needed
- Assist in executing documents that require a signature from the Partner
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, protecting sensitive information
- Contribute to Admin Team initiatives
- Firm-Wide Projects such as planning Limited Partner meetings, events, and internal reviews processes
- Collect and compile Firm-wide data
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting at a Partner or C-level executive
- Private equity/ venture capital industry experience is a huge plus
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
